Interesting you talk about refrigerated medication I have needles I have to jab myself with fortnightly that have to stay refrigerated it has been suggested by my nurse that I should invest in a mini travel fridge once I get to do my million dollar trip first though I have to win lotto first 😊
Be VERY careful with T-Mobile Tuesday App. I have booked rental cars many times, and sometimes you need to be from outside the USA. The deal may not be available for USA residents. Ready the fine print. I had that issue at Hertz before. I love the T-Mobile app though.
TSA Pre-check – Huge time saver!!!!
Do a video comparing Sanford airport and MCO airport and both their advantages and disadvantages. Both airports have a lot of likes and dislikes about them!
Another hint for those who bring their own pillow. Put the pillow in a pillowcase that ISN’T white. I’ve left my pillow when it has a white pillowcase, because it blends in with the rest of the hotel bedding. If the pillowcase is blue, it will stand out on the hotel bed.
They make portable chargers you can throw away?
They check ID on a domestic flights in the US?
YES!! I use a business card in my luggage tags. It’s got my name, credentials, email, and phone. That’s more than enough. If someone accidentally takes my bag, they can return it to the airport, and the airport can get in touch with me. If someone STEALS my bag, I definitely don’t want them to know where I live.
Okay – the temporary tattoo thing is BRILLIANT
I always bring my pillow and a throw blanket it’s nice to have incase when you get to the room and there bedding is uncomfortable!
Always pack a cooler with waters so when you are driving you can always have something on hand!
Buy a GPS Screen that can hook up to your phone so you can see where you are driving to the whole time if you don’t already have one!
Make sure when you are traveling that you have a portable DVD player or device to watch movies on either in your car or at the hotel, especially movies, your children love to watch!
Take extra towels from home incase the towels at the hotel aren’t for you and have a towel bag so when you use them you can take them to the laundry room at your hotel so you can always have fresh towels
My young daughter always packs her travel backpack with these things for any plane flight, refillable plastic drinking bottle, snacks, her headphones, a small stuffed toy, her portable battery powered gaming system w/extra batteries, neck pillow, and a small blanket for her lap and that she also uses to keep her neck and shoulders warm when sleeping in a hotel room. And yes, an iPad pre-loaded with movies has come in very handy multiple times (for a long car ride, when movies were not available on a very long international flight, and while staying in an international hotel and the viewing choices are very limited-especially for kids in English). I also pack for myself and my kiddo early and have rarely ever forgotten anything we needed, while my husband waits until the night before or the day of and usually ends up forgetting at least one item 😅
Airports suck sometimes. For me to get from dropoff outside to the gate with a long TSA line, took 25 minutes in Pittsburgh then coming back at LGA took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get from the bus dropoff to the gate. That was hell in October.
i always took a pic of the kids together in their outfits each day we headed out- soooo we knew what they were wearing that day and could show anyone if we needed and have a spot to meet up if we split up. and we had a buddy system. also take a pic of your luggage so you can show someone what it looks like
airport and airline apps on the phones, get alerts when planes have changed gates and some will let you plan the route from gate to gate etc

as a ramp agent responsible of getting your bags on the plane.. and on behalf of the ticket counter agents. we dont care who u are, where u live or your kids… we just wanna get you and your bags on the plane as soon as possible so we dont take delays
My comfortable pillow is a longer body pillow, so traveling with it is not viable at all.

417 is much more direct than 528 from the airport. Most of the buses will use 417. 417 will take you right into epcot center drive or the parkway into animal kingdom and hollywood.
I tried packing cubes. I prefer zip locks. You can sit on them and squeeze the air out. You can use them over and over. Just store them in your suite case for your next trip.
Regardimg motion sickness, if it's going to be a day or more on the road, invest in scopolamine patches (Transderm Scop at Amazon is $81). Several of my sailing teammates swear by these, and we often encounter really brutal storms that would have them hurling fast. Available by prescription only, but Amazon has a fix for that.

My wife must travel with her pillows. I prefer either the exit row when travelling solo or towards the back of the plane with family. We normally have to wait for luggage and my daughter can't reach the overhead bin. Might as well spend that time of the flight and get off the plane when it's slightly less hectic.
My best tip for keeping tech cords organized is using bread bag ties! That way I just have to roll and tie them and they can go in any bag, not just a specific organizer.

As a TSA officer I agree with having a picture of your boarding pass helps us immensely and also another tip too especially with medication is that you have it declared at the officer that is telling you take off your shoes etc also same thing is that NyQuil is considered medical liquid so you can bring the normal size one with you. If you do forget your ID expect a pat down and someone go through all your bags no we cannot take a picture of ID as your ID but we can use as part of the ID process. TSA PreCheck also applies to kids 12 and under with an accompanying adult that has PreCheck but also not every airport has a PreCheck lane so you might be given something instead to denote PreCheck

I smile at the premise of this video and some of the tips within it together with some of the comments. I live approximately 8,750 miles from Walt Disney World. It would take a minimum of 17-18 hours flying one-way for me to get there. When you are travelling really long distance from well outside the USA, some of these tips become useless or, at least, unlikely. Bringing your own pillow – yeah right; TSA Pre-Check/Clear – not available to non-Americans; Temporary tattoos – US Immigration teams probably not keen. There is a major difference between travel from another US state and travel across a major ocean or oceans.
For Luggage tags, a newish company from my end of the world, QR Post, offers tags with QR codes on them. If your luggage is lost, the person who finds the luggage scans the QR code on the tag and you get notified that your luggage has been found. They cost about 3$CAD each
