There is 3 Serbian cases in this video. Paul Arnold was in fact Pavle Arnaut. Arnaut is a nickname, it means Albanian or a Turk. Sava Savanovich case was an inspiration for couple of novels and a 1973 early Yugoslavian horror TV movie named "The She Butterfly" (Leptirica) that is available on YT.
