I should note again that El Reno was so incredibly dangerous because not only was it rain wrapped, but the circulation of the tornado extended far outside both the central funnel and the rain curtains. The rain curtains, in fact, became part of the tornado – and neatly hid the deadly subvortices whirling far outside the visible tornado. The whole thing was akin to a set of nearly invisible sledgehammers that were whirling around at over 300 mph, and could appear and disappear with no warning anywhere near this monster. Get hit by one in a vehicle and you were in for a bad time. All the fatalities among the storm chasers were due to subvortex hits, and other chasers survived, but were seriously injured, just by being brushed by one.
The El Reno tornado has to be the scariest of all time second would be Joplin. A lot of the suicides were from survivors guilt.
4 Nashville Tennessee i don't know why you didn't look up the footage of a guy working on a crane in that tornado that he was filming you could see power flashes
The 2nd video was shocking too. Also, I would've ran that red light in the last video too. I'd rather break the law once than get killed by a twister.
Iām pretty sure these guys were behind the tornado hunt crew before their suvs were pulled off the road 8:45
2013 el reno tornado is horrifying and the most haunting tornado.
Thumbs UP.
I love these tornado videos keep them coming
Oh shit the deer park tornado I was running away from it on i10 going to Mont Belvieu
I think the lightning turning the sky from night to day was a blessing in disguise. š
The sparks from sheet metal skidding down the street is pretty insane.
That Nashville intersection got ROCKED! Surprisingly violent footage.
10:03 the decision that saved their lives. It gives me chills.
Because of the EF Scale only Taking Damage into Account of Rating, Alot of Tornados are Downplayed
and Personally i call the El Reno Tornado "The El Reno Devil" because of how Dangerous it Truly Was
0:01 Jumpscare
El reno broke all the rules. As stated in the video, the sub vortices were just as deadly, it was rain wrapped and the speed it grew into a 2.6 mile wide monster caught all the chasers off guard and the fact that it changed direction out of nowhere and Tim samaras and his team unfortunately lost their lives amongst others.
I am a storm chaser based out of Kansas and I chased the El Ren tornado. Scariest chase day of my life. That tornado changed every storm chaser in some way. RIP Twistex Team š¢
Also Nathan Moore used to be my boss when I worked for SVL Media, he's a great guy, and a very well respected Chaser.
I'm watching it's like seeing a carcrash with added effects like how I always imagined tornadoes should be shown on tv.
Where did the car go that stopped with hazard lights on in first video?
The one satellite vortex in the El Reno tornado moving from right to left appeared to be a stovepipe shape making it quite large for a subvortex!
This was very entertaining and scary at the same time. Well done
The Nashville tornado was on the ground for another fifty miles to the east. It finally lifted in Gordonsville but the supercell continued east after this and dropped a high end EF-4 eighty miles to the east in Cookeville, TN. Unfortunately, there were fatalities in Cookeville.
I've watched so much footage on the El Reno tornado and it is by far the most unbelievable tornado to me. Just seemed like a total anomaly that threw even the veterans off guard.
The American and Texas flags stood tall against the demon wind with the grit of a detroit lion
Here in Missouri we don't get a lot of tornado's but when we do they are very destructive and high end size on the Fajita scale.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
