  1. Hey ED! Huge fan here and love following your content, I was curious if you’d decide to cover the Persona franchise, being that we collect and battle shadows using you “Persona”

  2. You know the primordial tyrant they look different soooo won't that mean vados and us (omnisun) will also look different not to mention the tyrant we help in extinction.
Edit: forgot metta they should make like a main story for him or let him be a villain in an expansion/DlC for him.

  3. I'm always excited for more monster taming and I adore Monster Sanctuary and cannot wait for anything else those devs cook up. It was so fun and fresh.

Nexomon Extinction I did enjoy at first, especially the new mons and the open world nature but I honestly have found it forgettable overall. Coromon was great too but just became a bit too structured. It had some solid ideas and great sprites and creature desing- I just hope for the sequels that we get a little more. I don't know exactly what they're missing for me but for some reason I just didn't fully get gripped by them.

Maybe it's just personality for me? Mon Sanc had its own thing, cassette beasts is crawling with it and even Lumentale looks like it will offer some fresh twists.

  4. I'm not really a roguelike fan but Monster Sanctuary is my absolute favorite monster taming game so I'll give a chance to whatever those devs make. I do hope we get another monster taming metroidvania from them in the future one day though.

  5. Looking forward to Nexomon 3.
Played a few of these off-brand Pokemon games and Nexomon Extinction stands head and shoulders above the rest.
    Dare I mentioned the OST?
Some of the best I'd honesty say.

  6. Cannot fucking wait for Nexomon 3. I have played Extinction, and most of Nexomon 1 by now, and I am a die-hard fan of the series now. I'm also near the end of Monster Sanctuary and i hope Moi Rai makes a Monster Sanctuary 2 at some point. It is SO GOOD.

  7. Am just going to say. I saw a pokemon rom hack call Pokemon Odyssey it look like they combine pokemon with made in the absis anime where your a trainer and your down a deep hole that have different bidomes. Looks interesting.

  8. Okay beside one game I would consider nothing really new here, half of them you kinda mentioned once already. Maybe I missunderstood the title.

Monster Sanctuary, Nexomon, Coromon….well all kinda good? but they have elements I didn't enjoyed to much after a while.
Those were play it once and it's over, Nexomon that kinda half finished Handy game experiment with promising story but a weird rarity system for strong monsters.
The demo for Coromon got me bored somehow I didn't wanted to play the demo and replay the part so I assumed it might not be my perfect title.
Including the character models. that i don't enjoy.

I hope to get them really cheap. Most the games I hope that will really get me hyped, are still in development.

  9. I just hope nexomon improves in every category, I may be in the minority, but I definitely found it to be lacking, though I’d be hard pressed to explain why I feel this way

  10. Hi, Ed! I’ve been wanting to play the Nexomon games but I’m hesitant cause I saw a post about their racist depiction of the Khan village with their broken English. Can you please make a vid talking about it or at least tell me if they apologized for that? I haven’t seen anything about it in posts about the sequel Extinction.

Love your vids since it keeps me in the loop of new games!

  11. I finished Nexomon 1 a while ago and recently started Nexomon 2, so I'm happy to hear that Nexomon 3 is in development! For the Monster Sanctuary successer, I absolutely loved the game, so I can't wait for the devs to reveal what they have planned for their next game! I have yet to play Coromon, so I don't mind that Coromon 2 is in very early development. Let the devs take all the time they need.

  12. I really hope Nexomon 3 has a better element/type system. 2's was rough and the logic was hard to follow or vague. Also, no more 4th wall jokes that devalue the scene they're in. I couldn't take the game seriously or care about the story (I just sped through the text near the end because I just lost all interest in the plot at that point and just wanted to end the game) with how many jokes they tried to stuff in the script. I'm all for dad jokes and puns but 2's script was just hurting it so bad by being so smarmy. Hopefully 3 is better and is balanced because 2 being my first experience with Nexomon kind of burned me bad.

Waiting for Coromon 2 for sure. I do hope they fix the whole "shinies have better stats" thing (at least, that's how I understood how that whole thing works based on what info I've managed to read and my time playing). I don't mind not getting a shiny but I do mind needing to repeatedly reboot the game to have a starter with decent stats. Not sure if this was fixed/changed because I was playing the demo.
