I guess this was our first time skip, was sort of hoping to see the rest of the dungeon and some more general leadup to where it currently is, but I suppose they can't spend too much time on every small detail or side story. Basically we got to see the demonic entity, the conditions laid out, and what happened and if it accepted. So I suppose clearing the actual dungeon after that wasn't all too hard, and thus would have been boring to read/watch. Still though, the fact we went 9 years into the future means I guess not much of anything interesting happened after the dungeon outside maybe some small story building and civilization building which can always be touched upon later.

    Still like and enjoy the story thusfar… just hope it doesn't keep doing massive yearly time skips to where we begin to feel less and less for each new character or group of characters introduced.

  9. The only thing I dislike is:
    We might get Fast-Forwards where one's tribe / character development couldn't be justified.
    If Fast Forwards will be a thing, one charcter's current and future development(s) has to be established in order for us viewers to speculate what is likely to happen.

    Owen went from Naive Slave to Ruthless Warrior way to sudden to simply accept.
    Those warrior trials he went through should have been explored more.

  17. To be fair, I wondered if time skips were going to happen. Actually developing a civilization on the timescale of gods would mean the show would get really dull really fast while we watch lizards building houses and raising livestock.
