I have 2 5 gallon buckets filled with constitutional half dollars all pre 1965. I saved them from 1955-1964 from my large paper routes. Walkers Franklin's and Kennedy all in circulated condition. I have multiple buckets full of constitutional quarters and dimes.
Safe to say Halfs are no longer NIFC's
