Most of my electronic products (TVs, laptops, mobile phones, kitchen appliances, calculators, electric shaver, fans etc) purchased these days came from China and they are all working well. The thing I found out is the brand name is very important. All the major brand products were not defective as the companies reputation would be affected if they had and hence quality control was there. It was a different story for brands that people never heard of (some defective and some not defective).
Well, I don't think that those chips are defective. They are made to cause problems. What I don't understand is the fact that they can still sell chips basically worldwide. How much more does it need until everybody realizes what China is doing and completely boycott China. The CCP is the bigest criminal group in the world. Why are they able to still do business?

tried 8 times to get a simple 4s power bank module, every single time, it instantly caught fire when voltage was applied. got refunded though
