  3. Eh, the nuclear waste idea isn't implausible…if nuclear waste worked that way. I'm pretty sure we hadn't had nuclear power long enough to matter, still haven't. A nuclear power plant produces something like a cup of waste after several years (can't remember if it was 4 or thirty, cus other times involving radiation are in my head jumbled up). Anyway, it's easy to get rid of safely and even if you stored it there wouldn't be hardly any of it even by now. It's much like how the Chernobyl disaster is incredibly suspicious since nuclear power plants do not react like that when they meltdown or something. I think it's more likely that there was nuclear weapon core testing happening there and at this other place was probably a lot of uranium or plutonium being stored also for weapons purposes.

  4. Giant ground sloths wouldn't be surprising to find. They would have survived in places inaccessible to their predators as those predators, if I remember correctly, was the main cause of their extinction. The climate isn't significantly different from when they were in great numbers and so, again, it wouldn't be surprising. People forget that only a tiny fraction of the Earth's land has been explored and is almost entirely unoccupied by humans.

  9. You guys missed it with the earth worms. Rather than trying to stay moist, I believe from experience that the worms were trying to escape drowning. Being under the asphalt, the quickest way to the surface is through the cracks in the road, most of which are in the center. The worms would move to the highest surface point they could fine, and upon discovery of an opening where they could move to a higher and dryer area, they would do so. When the rain stopped, they would tend to congregate at the cracks in the road, to re-enter and go back into the soil beneath. This demonstrates no high intelligence, it’s just the worms doing what worms do to avoid drowning during flood conditions, and returning to the nearest soil, taking the shortest route back to a soil source.

  10. Worms..? Middle of the road, between the yellow lights in huge piles. And many of them… Hmm…
    It almost sounds and looks like electric radio signals. Or some kind of alien experiment. Idk… but after a lot of rain that had fallen to the ground… hmm… I wonder if there was lightning as well. If so… why are they questioning this. They should know why.
