3D print of the crystal structure of SM protein Vps45 bound to SNARE protein Tlg2 from my postdoc, published in https://elifesciences.org/articles/60724. Geometry in Blender were modeled using the PDB file using metaballs, and printed using an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro. Base and magnets were also added in Blender to help with display.
