  13. Loved seeing your trip. It's one of my favourite areas of Victoria. For social media, I find the News Feed Eradicator extension to be helpful. It gets rid of the feed on FB and IG etc and stops you from scrolling but you can still post or respond to notifications if needed. Creating a checklist of what you need to do and setting a timer also helps.
