  1. I remember the time I was playing Republic at War and found myself defending Corellia against a relentless attack by the Separatists. Despite having only 3 acclamators and a battle station, I was up against 2 providences, 1 lucrehulk, and 4 munificent ships. As the battle unfolded, my acclamators were lost one by one, leaving me with a heavily damaged space station as my last defense.
After 30 minutes of fire and deathg, the separatists were left with just 1 lucrehulk and 2 munificent ships, all damage. With strategic starfighter attacks, I managed to inflict significant damage on the lucrehulk, despite being on the brink of defeat. I was running low on resources, with no funds left for repairs and only a single hangar remaining. I was out with turbolasers, and my situation seemed dire.
However, a stroke of luck favored me as fighters continued to pour out of the hangar. With these fighters, I relentlessly assaulted the lucrehulk until, against all odds, I managed to destroy it. The remaining munificent ships retreated, leaving me victorious.
This is the tale of the heroic defense of Corellia, a pyrrical victory is a victory nonetheless.

  2. Another long form compilation video on the battles of the Clone Wars. Today is a good day.
And given the number of battles yet to be discussed, both ground and space, I've got a feeling someday will get a vol 2 to this video as well as the ground battle compilation.
Also, hate to be that guy, but you put the Battle of Rendili to early. It should be late 20 BBY, since it takes place a month before the Outer Rim Sieges. I should know I had an idea to do a fanfic version of this battle to fit into the new canon. I was hoping to incorperate Ahsoka but then I learned how late it happened and knew that she left the Jedi Order by now and also that Vos should be hanging out with Ventress about now so if I did decide to include him I'd have to find a way to include her to. That's put the idea on hold since I'm having trouble coming up with ideas with these stipulations. Eh, maybe I'll get to it someday.

  3. Realistically the Clone Star Fighter pilots were going to lose the war by the sheer numbers of causalities that the Clones wouldn’t be able to recover, and if it weren’t for Darth Sidious meddling with the Droid Army activities then they would have crush the Republic Navy in the first couple months of the war.

  4. The way you approach this from as much of an in universe perspective as possible make sure channel so good for these lore deep dives, and the big compilations are such a handy thing to have while I'm doing chores and what not.

  5. I wonder if it's possible to make a full scale, fully voice acted fangame centered on the Clone Wars via the X-Wing Alliance engine. Would make for a worthy piece of work alongside the Reimagined campaign of TIE Fighter Total Conversion. Flaw, though: you can only play as a Republic clone or an aspiring Republic militiaman turned official pilot for the slowly but surely winning Republic Navy; what's the lore-friendly use of being a simple droid fighter brain that gets well adapted to various Separatist craft?

Anyways, Legends needed more Z-95s and Y-Wings in this timeline, while TCW 2008 needed less Venators and Hyenas early on.

  6. An idea for a future video: Listing all the actions/legislation/Emergency Powers Palpatine was “forced” to accept from the Senate that turned the Republic into the Empire during the Clone Wars from the Military Creation Act all the way to the Declaration of A New Order.
