Three people have been arrested in connection with the September shooting death of a 3-year-old girl, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department said Thursday. After a months-long investigation, Christopher Richie-Bibbs, 25, and Reginald Nash, 18, were arrested on suspicion of shooting into a Della Circle home, near 68th Avenue and Power Inn Road, the night of Sept. 11, the Sheriff’s Department said in a news release. Detectives also arrested Marquess Wilson, 24, on suspicion of being an accessory after the fact. Azalya Anderson, 3, was hit in the shooting. She was put on life support and then later died.
