  1. This is why I love everyone having a video camera with them on their phone at all times. It both protects good cops from false accusations and puts bad cops in jail where they belong. The problem I have with this incident is that these cops continue to get paid while their use of excessive force is investigated. One look at the video and the Sheriff should have terminated them and put them in jail on preliminary charges, pending the outcome of the full investigation.

  2. I know Thell Riddle personally, he is the officer in the middle. He never hit the suspect and said he was trying to handcuff him while trying to tell the other 2 cops to stop. I don't know. I want to believe my friend but it does not look like he tried saying or doing anything to stop this.

  3. This stupid citizen needs a lawyer. I would be in a hospital bed telling doctors I can’t feel my toes. No way I’m walking out of the hospital after that beating. Didn’t they show him the tape? I’m either getting wheel-chaired out or on a stretcher.

  4. What if that was your child or your family member? If the police go unreformed to the next generation or beyond, will things not stay the same or get even worse. Where is the National database to prevent cops from jumping jurisdictions? If the laws do not apply to cops, will it not continue to attract power hungry individuals? Qualified immunity needs to be on the table for reform. Then you will attract ethical cops and these types of events will seize. Sure you will lose the intimidation factor you get with the militant types but what you will gain is two sides equal under the law.

People may deride the young man for all his faults but a constitutional republic is a government that embraces the meek.

Congress need to get their act together and reform the police not as enforcers but as guardians. All people will embrace cops that don't lie, honest and upfront. Yes their will be those who spit in the cops faces when it comes to authority but I am certain in an honest policing society, the girl in the video would instead ask how to help the police instead of stating that they need to get out of there.

The experiment of fearing the police and their power by the citizenry is failing every day across the country. Start hiring good honest ethical people and remove their tools of lying, intimidation and authority

  5. I don't see a problem here. There's two sides to every story. And I'm just curious how many people that are commenting on this video are actually from Arkansas. We don't play around here. You want to act like a punk? You're going to get treated like a punk.

  6. This man could have been the next George Floyd. We should never have police officers like that. Think about all the other people they did that too and never got caught. Those police officers did was pure evil.

  7. They already release one of them? What? Isn’t it corruption or what? The biggest criminals in any country is police. They should be jailed!

  8. There is definitely a double standard to what happens when people of different shades get this treatment. Arkansas would be burning, and these officers would have been charged with aggravated assaulted battery by now.
