  2. Looks balanced as well as the Nova, half the dps

    I don’t see anything wrong with it, if anyone knows a tank is in the area they will just nuke it.

    What will be interesting if the “bespoke” guns do such an insane damage, is what the Perseus will be doing for damage with bespoke size 7s

  3. Isn’t the centurion in the same boat? It’s so frustrating how OP a gun becomes just by attaching it to a ground vehicle. Even the rail gun doesn’t make much sense imo. I firmly believe there needs to be a way for ground vehicles to more easily take out air targets, but I don’t think giving an unexplainable power buff to anything you throw in them is the way. I honestly don’t complain about to much in SC now adays but this one really frustrates me.

  4. The reason these numbers are so high is because cig probably realized towards the end of production that this thing is incredibly useless. It is so big that most ships that would be reasonable to pair it with (valk) can't even hold it. I know it fits into the corsair but only barely and it's quite janky. Additionally due to its massive size it's useless on most battlefields, like even low density woodland or a pyro outpost, so open field is the only place to really operate it. And because open field is nova territory they buffed it to ridiculous levels so people would still buy an otherwise pretty useless and impractical vehicle that would end up being a footnote in SC's vehicle history.

  5. Presumably an energy weapon with 6 times the DPS of a normal size 3 also has something like 6 times the power draw, so you couldn't just slap it into any normal S3 slot.
    But then why call it size 3?

Can’t aim straight up, even with a long range gun on the storm a fighter with knowledge of the Storm’s position could kill it without too much issue (coming from a friend who has experience taking out ballistas, Novas, and Centurions at JT. He thinks the leaked AA module/variant thing for the Storm and its supposed 64 size one missiles would be more of a challenge as it would make a decent platform for making people waste their flares and chaff leaving them open to attack from a Ballista. that’s just what he thinks would be a decent ground strategy)

  7. Couple things to consider. I usually love your videos. 1) Ground vehicles are extremely weak vs ships. For example the front of ships are usually weaker then sides. A ground vehical is at an extreme disadvantage on hitting weak points. So the guns should be extra powerful. 2) I doubt this specialized gun can be installed on ships. It's not like the nova tank guns can be installed on anything other then the nova tank. 3) if your dps is based on the front of the ship I'd recommend attacking from the side as the hull HP is always higher and takes longer to kill.

  8. If they were to decrease its damage and range to a similar level as other size 3 guns, what is going to stop a ship from just flying to it and tanking the damage of the 1 gun it has.
    All while being able to easily maneuver around it and disengage at will. While also having more or/and bigger weapons and shields.
    This is what ground-based weapons should be like to give them a fighting chance.
