$250 Art Jam Announcement | Mutate Free Voxel Game Engine

We’re hosting an Art Jam with the theme “Magic and Fantasy” to inspire some awesome creations! The jam will run for 2 WEEKS, where you can create any scene or asset of any size or shape using voxels. Your entry could be a creature, building, prop, character, weapon, fancy fantasy tree – whatever! You could even go crazy and create the whole of Hogwarts or something. Let your imagination run wild 👀

Mutate is an indie game creation engine based on voxel assets, which are super easy to import – especially if you follow this handy tutorial! The engine takes both .obj and .vox files, so you’re welcome to model in whatever software you like and then voxelize them to get them in-game ✨

🏅 All submissions will have the chance to be voxel-ized and imported into Mutate for people to play with, create with, and celebrate! A diorama game of all the assets will be made by the devs to showcase each submission like a museum display, because they’re usually too cool not to share! They will also all receive a social media shout-out for all your hard work.

🥇 First place submission will have a game designed specially for you by the devs, individually inspired by the asset you’ve created! And a $$$ prize!
