  1. I don't know what happened…so I can't say I know what exactly took place. It.s all an assumption and speculation at this point. All I know is that it's sad and I hope she didn't suffer. The evidence will present itself at the trial after the investigation. I sincerely hope this was an accident.

  2. “Unknown if he will have bail” In Canada of course he will get bail. Remember Muzzo, a man who killed an entire family got 4 years and day parole so his wife could get pregnant. This case could be argued less severe than an entire family. In Law, you always refer back to other cases for what sets the precedent. His lawyer will in fact argue Muzzo vs. Etc etc. We should become the 51st state so we can actually get tougher on criminals. The states doesn’t mess around! Actually, it pays to keep people in. Stimulates an entire work force.

  3. I think the Albanian Government should do their own investigation given what transpired between India and Canada is a perfect example why you should never have biased investigators doing investigations.😢

  4. She hooked up with a loser and bad driver. I bet he was trying to impress her when he lost control. Also when the car was sinking in the water he freed himself and exited only thinking of his own safety.

  5. "Kristen "Serraj". Enough said
India making its presence in Canada again (thank you TRUDEAU)

Why stop at charing him with "dangerous driving causing death"
He should also be charged with "1st degree Murder"

Of course, he is already out on bail. The police cannot do anything more.

    Thanks Trudeau.

  6. Accident or not – everyone who ever enters a vehicle as a driver or passenger should have a RESQME keychain tool handy and accessible .(cuts belts and especially breaks the window when the vehicle is submerged underwater) (impossible to do with regular tools) Suprised it's not passed into law just like dash cams should be mandated
