  1. its wild how so many people treat the ocean like its a safe place to be on small boats with no GPS locator beacon. the ocean has killed more people than any desert, rainforest, cold mountains etc. its not like finding a needle in a haystack, its like finding a needle in the ocean that covers over 70% of the world. im glad these people were rescued, but many people lost at sea are not rescued, like the teen who jumped off of the cruise ship (which was dumb, but obviously sad and a teen doesnt usually think thoroughly of the consequences before doing things.)

  6. Seriously? Hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars (or more) for a "Florida Man" (Moron) with no appropriate safety gear or equipment. Should have left him out there to fend for himself. He wil never contribute to society anywhere near the amount spent to find his stupid ass…

  7. "And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass? And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven."

"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh."

Bible, Gospel of Luke, chapter 21.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

"knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation."

    Peter, chapter 3, verse 3-4.

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

    1 Thessalonians, chapter 4, verse 16-17.
