Task Force 160 is Army Aviation Special Forces unit. Yes, Army Aviation. Employs advanced high tech helicopter and tactics combined with other special forces units. It is unprecedented world leader in counter insurgency special forces helicopter tactics. Crew members must pass regular aviation training (minimum nine months) plus additional training on special aircraft and tactics plus unit training. All told, about two full years before they are mission ready. There are other units, including aviation units in other services, who were not mentioned. But you will not hear of them until seconds before you are executed.
As for the Pakistan special forces requirement to run five miles in combat uniform with full combat gear and complete it in twenty minutes… well, let's just say I understand bragging, but that is pure bovine scatology.

Very talented and met him 5X he’s a very nice guy he’s been on America’s got talent at least twice since i started keeping track and is at the moment of this post about to celebrate his 1yr anniversary to a voice actress named Claire Corlett
You you said the Indian group had to run 5 miles in 20 minutes under load. Thats 4 minute miles. The fastest mile ever ran was 3:43 so I strongly doubt that information is accurate. You even showed doubt yourself so yeah, its complete BS.

The Navy Seals arent the premier US fighting force. Only one team is Tier 1 out of several. The regular teams are very advanced but not all Seals are "premier"
The 1947 Task Force 68 unit is, low key, the most elite special force unit ever deployed. They are literally the reason we have a Department of Defense.

I do enjoy this topic. I would ask you to look back in history to WWII for the granddaddy of many special forces. The First Special Service Force, based in Helena, MT, was a joint American/Canadian force tasked to take on missions that others wouldn’t, or had previously been attempted and ended in failure.
We lost my uncle a few years ago, and I miss him very much. When I was younger he wouldn’t talk much about his wartime service, but in recent years he had some incredible stories to tell. We have very few of these brave men left, but their families are keeping the First Special Service Force Association alive.
I feel like the USA Marine Raiders should have been on this list somewhere
