A second round pick that will almost certainly be a top 40 pick for a player who is in the last year of his contract & has never had double digit sacks is an overpayment. (Talking about the Sweat deal, sorry for any confusion!)
Lions starting 3 backup linement (G-C-G), and lost one of those early. Still rushed for > 200 yards.
Brock Osweiler contract trade was an early example.
What Detroit showed with Gibbs last night is that he’s ready to be the primary back, and Montgomery will be the short yardage guy and inside the 10s.
can we get with a 3rd or 4 rd draft and Charles harris
Bears trading for Sweat but not having a contract agreed to is a bad idea.
St Brown turned up, Goff threw it to the sideline. Miss communication
If josh McDaniels punts the ball on that 4th and 10 with 5 minutes left (which is what he should have done) i probably would have gotten the 28 passing yards i needed from jared goff to hit my $1,800 winning parlay. Im not even a RAIDERS FAN and Josh McDaniels is screwing me over! Let this be a lesson, people. dont think you're smarter than you are, because you aren't.
LV: Crosby was a monster. Think LV should blow it all up trading Crosby, Adams, Jimmy G and just rebuild. Anybody else they can get trades for that are high pay or low pay and low return. If they have good o-line, you keep those.
Hope the best for Crosby & Adams. Didn't think Jimmy G was a bad QB, but now I do.
Wish Lions would have traded for Sweat or Young, and picked up Frank Clark.
Honestly I was getting nervous about getting away with that blatant uncalled defensive pass interference the refs let the lions get away with, basically waiting for a "make up call" against us.
The fumble at the 1 made me feel like karma was back in our favor again.
Jags stay getting disrespected.
I thought D’Onta Foreman and Tyson Bagent had great “breakout games” against the Raiders too.
Crazy folks can't even just give the Raiders Defense credit for playing well when your Offense gave you absolutely diddly squat all game. It was the Lions, not the Raiders Defense just making plays lmao…I swear if the Lions committed those TOs they'd of gotten credit, no one would've said well the Raiders Offense just sucks. Now Defense gets shafted because they were gassed.
Sam has the worst analysis consistently. Specifically with the Lions
