For those who think they can't own property, if you work just a regular 8 hour shift job. You better get you a secondary gig, like Uber or Lyft. It don't matter what people say who don't have to work for these gigs. Depending on what city and area you live in, it can pay $20-$30 an hour. I would've been out on the streets if I wasn't doing it. I work for a company part time and trying to build a business. It's hard out here. Get you another income. Blessings to you.
I wish our people would realize this is a spiritual battle. It was never meant for our people to live comfortably under this system. This has literally been a punishment ordained by The Most High. America will absolutely fall, and soon. So what good will the dollar be when our economy completely collapses? All of us are in for a rude awdkening when Amerikkka is decimated and we have invested in a nation headed off a cliff.
I was telling black folks to buy property back when it was still affordable just a few years ago. I was told that buying homes and other properties was a scam, when in actuality, renting is the real scam. You can do so much with property you own. When the going gets tough, you can rent out property for money. But they didn't want to hear it. Now that housing is unaffordable, everybody wants to cry about rising rents and evictions.
I taught my children and grandchildren that can beat the hell out of can't a long time ago
