The civic’s front view looks amazing and it’s rear view is crap and the accords front view is mid and it’s rear view is kinda nice
I have a 23 civic sport in rallye red, and I love how it looks. With a little spoiler and some tints, and maybe an exhaust replacement down the road, I have high hopes for this beauty. And the way it drives is sensational for an entry level vehicle.
Great review. Definitely a fleet car and uber car. Basic, reliable. (Accord) civic is more suited for a new driver its cheap, reliable and overall a good car.
I was looking for a 23 civic sport touring recently, and the dealer kept asking if I was interested in the accord. Seems like they were having a hard time getting rid of them.
The new accord is a joke
I bet that Accord front was compromised by pedestrian collision standards. Looks like it would bump you right below the butt and you would just roll up on it. I still don’t care what it looks like. I have a 2015 Accord and it’s still beautiful inside and out and has never given me any issues. I actually like an understated look.
Honda really wants people to opt for a TLX. It makes sense why this Accord is so heavy, underpowered, and lacks any charm compared to the 10th gen
Either pay for a more expensive and heavier Honda, or get something that'll be a better bang for your buck

Honda took one big step back on the accord and played it safe with the Civic, neither one looks exciting or engaging.
While the civic looks the best it has ever been, I still think the Accord is so pretty thanks to its clean design and sleek profile. A dark Grey Accord broke my neck the other day, I literally whiplashed to look at the car cus I thought it was something more impressive than an Accord. Turns out it was an Accord.

My Giulia came with TuxMats they are awesome. Look great and are very durable. No sign of wear so far in almost a year. Highly recommend instead of oem mats, just save the oem mats for when you sell car later on.
Still to this day it ABSOLUTELY baffles me that the accord hasn’t been given AWD yet. JUST SLAP A 20-40hp electric motor in the back. PLZ. They are falling behind. Toyota, mazda, and subaru all have AWD sedans. Honda does not. So I CANT BUY ONE.
I prefer small steel wheels for comfort and durability.
The Accord lost its soul with this redesign.

Accord is better looking, and it's exhaust sounded better as well. – Also he's crazy, the back end of the Accord is way nicer than the Civic.

Paddle shifters are useless and waste of money. Also the larger rims look nice when new but low profile tires will be more expensive over time. Leather would be nice but I need ventilated AC seats to avoid burnt legs. Accord wins if I had the extra $4k. Civic Hatchback beats both of those sedans.
