  1. Hello all! And thanks for continuing to support the channel!

Couple of notes, the edits for Laurion's Song was completed right before Laurion's Song was launched, so Alternate Personas have changed a bit since Beta (when the story was completed). Also, I didn't have a chance to try Chronodungeons for Ballads of Zimara.

Otherwise, what are your thoughts on the expansions?

  2. I already gave you my thoughts on the expansion when you popped in during the beta, but I'm kind of curious to hear about how the Anhekfen are storied in the Laurian's Song expansion in EverQuest. According to the lore, the Rathe's Curse was far more severe on them compared to the other Rallosian races. Ogres lost their intelligence; Orcs lost the ability to record their own history and were splintered into tribes; the Giants were scattered across Norrath when their homelands were turned into Everfrost Peaks. The Anhexfen — They were just straight up turned extinct. The Goblin races we know (and sometimes love) were created when Brell Serilis used his Clay of Cosgrove to rebuild from the "blueprints" of what the Anhexfen used to be. They were just completely obliterated from history.

  3. I am absolutely gob smacked by the visuals in both games! But I'm especially taken with the new creature designs in EQ. Those goblins are fantastic! The deer and chickens are miles above anything they've created in the past. The teams of both games have outdone themselves with these expansions.
