  1. From ISS to LHL to the J❤L Ranch! Plus From Suits to Boots, I've been with you and have always been supportive. So mistakes that were made, I guess that I was there as part of it. 😂 Occasionally I've offered ideas. Sometimes others offered the same ones. Some ideas you ran with and they worked out. Some didn't go as well as we'd hoped.
The loss of loved babies was hard. Mr Huck, Pebbles, Dixie, Sandy, Christmas's pup, and Fraidy the kitten. The birth and the aquiring of new babies helped ease the hurt a little. We'll always have memories, and hopefully videos, of those that crossed the rainbow bridge.
It's been a hard year because of the drought, but the animals had the best because of your hard work and determination. The animals under Morrow family care fared so much better than some other places. It's a sad reality. But farm life is tough.
The excitement we all felt when water gushed from an uphill setup of hoses and pumps is a memory that I'll never forget! The triumphs were huge when they happened!
Here's to 2024 bringing new adventures, babies and more!
Thank you for the touching video, Lester.

  2. An amazing review of 2023. Thank you for sharing these LHL memories with us. The roll call for Mr Huck was such a heartfelt tribute to him. Beautiful Dixie, playful little Sandy (Fostoria), adorable, sweet Pebbles, and Mr Huck, the magnificent leader, will live forever in our hearts. Thank you for rescuing so many dogs from the streets and for opening your heart and home to several, giving them a second chance for a better life, one full of love and companionship. 2024 holds many new and wonderful memories for you, they are just waiting to be created. Wishing the entire Morrow family the best for 2024 ❤

  3. I’ve been watching you since the video of Peggy Pig, Ima Jean and Meg after hurricane Harvey. I remember when you got Annie for Jami and when she chased Maggie (Run Maggie! Run!). I’ve been there for the losses of so many and cried lots of tears with you, the worst being BamBam, Journey and Mr. Huck plus Dixie. I miss Pablo and hope he’s enjoying someone else’s home and dog food. I could go on with the pigs you’ve lost, birds, etc but with all the losses and sadness, the joy and births far outweigh them. I’ve learned every farmer does things their own way and what to do (or not to do) if I ever got my own farm. I feel like I know you and all your family personally even if I don’t have time to always watch Bri, Jake, Dan and Lou, Tina and Ben. I try to never miss Sunday lunch and feel like I’m there with everyone. I love the Morrow family and am so glad I found you all those years ago. As long as your on YouTube, I will continue to be a faithful follower. Happy New Year, Lester. I pray 2024 is a year of jubilee. I know we are due! – Sue Sweeten in AZ

  4. Longhorn Lester's is a beautiful place and I hope and pray that Mother Nature will restore it so that Jami can have her horses close by her. I am very impressed with the improvements that you have made and how hard you and Jami have worked to make a paradise for you and Jami and your animals.
