  1. To quote the late/ great film maker Fred G. Sullivan a.k.a. Adirondack Fred…"I love the fake stuff" . It would be awesome to follow this movie perspective with Fred G's "Beer Drinkers Guide to Fitness and Film making"
    RESPECT!

  2. I just discovered your show while looking for a version of the crawling eye. I can't stop watching. Honestly I enjoy the cast of this channel over most of the films, and I'm a huge fan of the films you cover.

  6. An interesting twist on this version. I liked it, probably because I’ve never seen it before. Beautifully filmed and edited, the underwater sequences were almost flawless. Anyway, this version focuses on the human id, ego, super-ego and affairs of the heart, rather than sci-fi adventure – β€œwho can fathom the depths of the abyss”. How does the leading lady keep her hair so well-coiffed?! πŸ™‚

  7. Typical woman, falls for the worthless transient scoundrel and plays the rich old man….at least they got female nature right, even though they butchered the story.

  8. How wonderful, the U.K. has made a great film, and the acting was good. 1996 I don't remember ever seeing advertising or promotion for this film. I will be looking for more films from Pine Wood? Another nice weekend spending with my favorite crew. Thank you
