Black Caviars' win will always be a bit bittersweet to me. I really wish the UK fans could have seen her at her best, she was different class to anything else we've sent there. At least she won though, and Nature Strips gap job last year made up for it a bit!
Coolangatta wins the kings stand and artorius wins the jubilee stakes 💰
Some absolute garbage has travelled over through the years also from Australia!
Standard over there is pretty much our Listed class!!

Black Cavier did that vs Frankel would have been beat 4-5L
Nature Strip is easily the most confident I've felt about any of the Aussies that have headed over for the sprints. My confidence in Black Caviar dropped with each bit of work I saw in the lead-up. She looked under her usual weight and she wasn't right in the coat. I still thought she'd be good enough to win but it was a relief more than anything else when she did.
Always funny how the Aussies only turn up when we don’t have a good one up and about.
I think that every Aussie sprinter who ran in more than one G1 sprint in Europe was beaten by a European sprinter at some point.
So ours can’t be that rubbish.
