Why would Eli being emotional be embarrassing? An aging QB who’s past his prime accepting the fact that he doesn’t have what it takes anymore. In my opinion the QB retirements are always the saddest. Love them or hate them it’s still sad to see franchise players who’ve played 13+ years call it quits.

Nah, he didn't trip over the grass, dude straight tripped over air. That's not embarrassing at all because I personally also have a special talent in tripping over air. It truly takes a talented and professional person to be able to trip over air at the drop of a hat and not only do you have to have the ability to avoid serious injury to your face/head/ribs/knees/etc but you also have to be able to make the trip look absolutely badass all at the same time especially when you're the center of everyone's focus at that moment for many a reasons. It truly takes a special person to accomplish an epic and safe trip over air when you have thousands of people who choose to make you their role model/hero in something they truly have love and passion for. *End sarcasm in case you didn't catch on but, on a serious note I myself and thousands of other people in this world really do have our masters associates degree in the tripping over air field. I also have my bachelors in the worst SOBER balance field. In fact if I do say so myself, I am far more successful in the worst sober balance field that I have to get each of my ENT, Neurologist, ophthalmologist, and plastic surgeon doctors to explain on a piece of paper why my balance is non existent and if asked to do any physical field sobriety tests I would immediately fail and face plant the ground and potentially falsely arrested for dui/dwi/ovi/etc. I have to have said paper renewed every year and if I fail to present the original copy upon LEO request only then can they arrest me.
