  1. These attacks may as such not affect the SCO summit as ISI , Rangers and Army will sanitise Summit locations.
    But world will not take these killings of miners easily . They these are cold blooded murders of miners and Amnesty International has to take a note of it as prima facily it looks to be case of wanton neglect of Pakistani state
