I was at the East Libert Station USPS in Pittsburgh, PA today when my rights were totally violated inside this post office. just totally crazy the video speaks for itself. how I’m banned from there when I did nothing wrong baffles me but I plan on filing my grievances with the correct departments to hold all these Tyrants accountable.

So you can't say no one informed you let me give you some info.
1. The press in the first amendment refers to the printing press. Today it includes radio, tv, and internet. People have rights from the first amendment. No one has special rights. Actual journalists have LESS rights in many cases because they are not acting as private citizens but commercially.
2. Poster 7 prohibits photography and video/audio. They may let you film, they do not have to. You also must behave, or Poster 7 says you can be kicked out. This applies to all public buildings, public refers to who manages the facility.
3. DHS memos clearly restate the policy of not allowing photography.
4. Federal regulations state photography isn't allowed and specify three places, they are: Social Security, Post Office, Federal Court buildings.
5. Public entrance and waiting area are for those who have business to conduct and the managers and their designated representative enforce policy, regulations, etc.
6. Federal law is not on your side. The regulations, which carry the weight of law, did not forget to give legal authority to establish proper procedure and policy.
7. The right to photograph is for "the public space" which is common areas such as sidewalks along a city street, parks, and some limited spaces with stricter restrictions on behavior. You can film a cop giving a ticket because that is done in view of a sidewalk. You don't have any right to track down workers not working from the sidewalk, or most parks, in their place of employment even if none employees can, or must, enter to conduct business with the department.
8. A Public Servant refers to an individual who is not employed at the will of the political party of the mayor, president, gov, etc. Staff positions that are for a limited duration at the will of the leadership. You are not, at any level, over the employees at govt agencies. They are managed by their actual bosses and they may be required to put up with imbeciles because they are the customer but no more so than a clerk at Walmart must. If you have an issue properly address it.

Poster 7 also says you and your vehicle can be searched while on postal property. But I'll bet you don't agree with that do you. They always leave out a key provision of poster 7 "when used for public meetings". You can only film in a post office if there is a public meeting going on. That does not apply only to auditoriums but to all the places listed. One place that is not listed is the retail sales area. Even if they are correct you can't film in the sales area. Did you not see the big sign when you were walking in saying Government property No Trespassing. Also even if you have a right to film it is a violation of YouTube's terms of service to post someone on YouTube without their permission.
I wish you frauditors would be honest about poster 7. It clearly says WITH PERMISSION. It clearly says you can be asked to leave. You are an idiot.
Every person who's picture is uploaded to YouTube without their consent can report this to YouTube and file a privacy complaint.

I hope you call the police officers supervisors and get those officers corrected on the law. After that you need to go back and see if the postal workers were informed.
These cops just conspired tp violate your rights under U.S. Code #241 reade it and sue the city and police department. FACTS: (a) they had no jurisdiction in that PO, and even addmitted it on the video. (b) dig into it, and you'll find that no Postal Police would have said you were to be trespassed for filming in the Post Office (or he would also be part of the conspiracy) Its apparant that the cop that went into the backroom, was lying about the Postal Police saying to trespass you. You have a lawsuit, but your going to have to dig into it, yourself, because it may be hard to find a lawyer to take it pro-bono…find a law student, or law professor at a college that will help you in learning what paperwork, and how to file..it would be a good project for a law class.
