  2. I would have not considered the concerns about cooking would be womens dresses catching on fire 🔥 but that makes sense once you consider the era’s clothing plus the weight of the tools. The other thing I did not consider was most cooking took most of the day just to prepare.

  4. When we moved to the suburbs, Mom planted several fruit trees. The best in my opinion was the 'Sour Cherry Tree'. Mom made the best cherry pies, jams and jellies from those cherries, I always got to lick the stir spoon after the cherries had been cooked with loads of sugar…😋

  5. Mexican chocolate (like Abuelita or Ibarra brands) are nearly identical to the stuff you used in this video, plus they're a lot easier for folks to find. (A quick trip to one of the dozens of markets around here will yield plenty.)
