This might be out of the topic but I just wanted to tell you that GOD LOVES YOU & HE HAS WONDERFUL PLANS FOR YOUR LIFE! For God SO LOVE all people in the world, that HE GAVE HIS ONE AND ONLY SON, JESUS CHRIST TO DIE IN THE CROSS TO PAY THE PENALTY OF OUR SINS and WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. But why is that most people do not experience or feel His love and wonderful plan in our lives? It is because MAN IS SINFUL & became SEPARATED FROM GOD. Man was created to have a close intimate relationship with God BUT because of our STUBBORN SELF-WILL, we chose to go our own independent way (God did not leave us, we left God). Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death" (Spiritual Separation) There is a great gap between the HOLY GOD and SINFUL MAN. And we people are continually trying to reach God through our own strength and efforts such as good life, philosophy or religion BUT we still can't. God sees us and by His GRACE, MERCY and LOVE, He gave us the ONLY WAY to bridge the gap between Holy God and Sinful Man and that is HIS SON JESUS CHRIST. Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that WHILE WE WERE YET SINNERS,CHRIST DIED FOR US". JESUS CHRIST is the ONLY WAY to GOD. BUT IT IS NOT ENOUGH JUST TO KNOW THESE THINGS! WE MUST INDIVIDUALLY RECEIVE CHRIST AS OUR PERSONAL SAVIOUR AND LORD. Ephesians 2:8-9 "For BY GRACE you have been saved THROUGH FAITH; and that not of yourselves, it is a GIFT from God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast." SALVATION therefore is a GIFT FROM GOD (by grace through faith). It is not a result of good works. (God's grace is favor from God that we don't deserve but He still gives) Receiving Christ involves turning to God from self (REPENTANCE – a 180 degree turn from your old sinful self) and trusting Christ to come into our lives to forgive our sins and make us the kind of person He wants us to be. Just to agree intellectually that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died on the cross for our sins is not enough. Nor is it enough to have an emotional experience. We receive Christ by faith, as an act of the will. Prayer: Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Saviour and Lord. Thank you for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be.
I think her cutie asian style doesn’t quite gel with the American audience. The interaction with Heidi was weird. Also, as Simon and Mel B pointed out, having Howie write the name totally make it seems like he’s in on the act.
