5. Daomei Village has a bit of an Evertale & Stardew Valley vibe…hmmm…

Fields of Mistria looks like what you get if you took the art style of Sailormoon, some of the…kinkier character designs of Magic Knight Rayearth (and Sailormoon), the Bokujou no Monogatari aka Story of Seasons gameplay, and ran all that through the Mega CD blender…and I am lovin' it!! Do the devs even know when it'll be out???
Harvestella looks really cool! Moondrop, Research Story, Fields of Mistria, Sword and Fairy Inn 2 and DeVine Heavenly Acres sound interesting, so I'll check those out if they come to the Switch.
There's so many farming sims games I'd buy, but most have real-time fighting in them. I'm terrible at it and prefer either turn-based combat or no combat at all.

If you look for "cornucopia game" the first hit seems to be the good one on steam 😉. The one with NFTs seems to be call "cornucopias" with an "s" 😉.
But yeah, there seem to be many cornucopias out there and the results seem to be pretty mixed 😅. There's also a board game and an expansion for the Dominion board game ( and probably many others 😅 )

I’m just super hyped for Harvestella! I hope it’ll kick Marvelous and XSEED’s butts and make them make better games!! Cause RF5 I’ve heard just wasn’t it and this game is what people thought RF would be.. and PoOT wasn’t the best SoS game either so I hope Harvestella wakes those devs up! 😂
I had the exact same problem with doraemon! I just couldn’t figure out how to progress, so I gave up . Such a pity because I wanted to like the game, the art and music were great. I might give this new one a go and hopefully get along better. I also heard there’s co op, so that’ll be fun.
I forgot about Fields of Mistria, but I love the way it looks and hope everything is going well!

Moondrop seems super interesting. But I just love roguelites though so it starts strong for me.
The only ‘farming’ game that really has my heart though is haunted choclitier (I guess we know that’s farming if only because of stardew)

I am SO excited for harvesteslla. I adore the rune factory series and love enix's artstyle for these sorts of projects. Can't wait for it!
I've played Travellers Rest about a year ago I believe (it was still in early access) and I was absolutely obsessed with it for a good while! There wasn't much updates yet as it was still pretty new and so after a bit, I felt that it just got kind of repetitive and the same routine day after day, although looking at this video, it seems like they might've added more updates so I will definitely reinstall!
If Arcane Waters was a single player RPG with Stardew things, and with ship fighting and islands like Sid Meiers Pirates, then that would have been cool. But not how they are actually making their game. I don't trust Square Enix to make a good game.
Harvestella was the first game you talked about 😃 I'm so hyped for it!, I agree with you on doremon story of seasons….I just couldn't figure alot of it out and lost interest.
I remember seeing harvestella on the live-stream but was not feeling it. I want it now after taking a second look at it so I am glad its also available on steam. I was concerned for Square Enix since they sold Tomb Raider and other IPs. Good to see Square Enix is not just making Final Fantasy games for the foreseeable future. 😇

Fields of Mistria looks so interesting. The character art is like a mix between Sailor Moon/90's VN.
I'm hyped for all of them but the ones I'm most excited for are Harvestella with the cute monsters and Fields of Mistria <3.

Doraemon also required loading resaves to advance far enough in the mine to get resources for late game items and progression. That killed it for me. I didn't even mind the ambiguous event trigger systems!
definitely gonna look at Harvestella. Daomei Village might be interesting as well (pity it's only pc…for now)

would be another (potential) cozy farming game. It is currently running it's kickstarter and has yet not been funded.

My biggest issue with Doraemon SOS was the whole time you’re working towards them leaving, and all the forced story scenes. I just wanna enjoy my new farm life, not be working towards leaving lol. But I hope the new one feels more chill
