I'm seeing the name MONROE but don't know if it's the name of the monster who did this or possibly the name of the street where they live or maybe even the name of a business they work at or possibly even the town they live in . I hope somebody in law enforcement their sees this because at this point I am a bit disgusted and fed up with police in the area with respect to crime and or missing person cases .😣
