  1. My all-time favorite RE monster is simply the Hunter and I believe that the T-Virus somehow enhanced Umbrella's ability to splice DNA from multiple animals, resulting in the various Hunters encountered throughout the series. What sets the Hunter apart is that it was a very intentional, controlled creation unlike all the zombies and mutants that were mere by-products of all these viruses.

  2. Just throwing it out there, in the remake, saddler now comes from a long line of generations of other “saddlers” who led this cult, meaning he’s a lot of a real religious leader than someone just trying to control everyone, or at least they make it vague enough to where it’s not clear of his true motivations

  3. If I remember correctly, the progenitor research isn't originally for bioweapons. It's to evolve the human race into better versions of the species. The unforeseen zombification side effects sidetracked the researchers into B.O.W. R and D.

  4. G virus does not stand for golgotha virus. The wiki used incorrect information. Capcom themselves have never officiated that name on any print material including the remake. Its a developmental name before it was scrapped and not used in game.

  5. I think the next Resident Evil game should focus on cybernetic horror. I could see what would happen if an implant or app turned people into mechanical horrors. Though to keep up with biological horror, these cybernetic horrors would be affected by an implant or body modification.

  6. What's interesting is that the viruses don't have as much effect on cold blooded animals as it doe's on warm blooded ones, yes it increases their size, body proportions and adaptation but they still behaved like normal animals, with warm blooded they have more gruesome transformations.

Cold blooded animals are more resistant to diseases compared to warm blooded animals

  7. Humorously I'd love to see CAPCOM give the RE franchise the "K" Virus, as in THE "KAREN" Virus.😂 Just imagine whole groups of people turning into aggressive "Karen's" aggressively asking to speak with my manager.😂

  8. What about lady dimitrescu and her daughters? Are they legit vampires ? And the twisted folk back at RE 7 who kidnap Ethan winters and lock him up in their house? Are they haunted or is it so e virus/parasite as well

  9. Don't know how can anyone survive with so many viruses that already been injected into you such as the t-virus first then the g virus and then all the other virus that umbrella already developed already already planted already inside you already and turn you in for my flushing monster into a f**** tyrant bio-weapon that they can control until it's too f**** late for them to shut down when it's already no longer responding to your commands anymore

  10. Words can't express how much I love the lore of this series. It's so unique compared to other games/media. While Resident Evil certainly has it's more fantastical aspects and can be cheesy to no end, it also has a bit of reality mixed in where you can imagine some evil company doing this kind of shit. You know if it was possible to reanimate the dead the government would be all over that shit. Imagine how valuable something like that would be to the military and how scary it would be that even after death your service is not done. It's really a commentary on the results of uncontrolled greed and capitalism.

  11. It's really weird to me that you glossed over the molded, megamycete and Cadou infections since they play a large role in the early history of umbrella. The megamycete is incredibly old (granted probably not as old as the plagas but still several centuries at least) and plays a large part in the later games, creating Evie and affecting Rose and Ethan Winters. I know you can only condense so much info into one video but it was wacky to me that the other sections got at least a minute of screentime and all you gave to the mold was "Maranda found it underground and infected a village" without even mentioning the changes made to the strain to make the Evie prototypes
