  1. I’m currently doing this and I charge way less as I’m not a professional but you can make $100 a day doing one car a day after school and supplies daily have been costing around $20 but to get started it cost me $40 because I already had a shop vac and I got my chemicals and microfibers from Dollar general I use meguires and my cost is going down as I’m ordering from amazon

  2. as a professional detailer, i get a lot of cars from people who are PISSED that the 15 year old kid that they paid $100 to clean their car damaged their interior by using too strong of cleaner or just did such a poor job

  3. JESUS CHRIST died for you in a cross for our sins. 3 days after his death he resurrected and is The LIVING GOD. Repent from your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior in a prayer and also ask for the HOLY SPIRIT to come into you in that same prayer as well. Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. God Bless You.

  4. 130$ is a little to much I think I charge abt 55$ for cars and 65$ for trucks and suvs and I’m just starting out. I highly doubt anyone will pay some teenager just starting out 130$ to clean. Not trying to be negative but this is from experience

  5. 130 for a 4 hour detail is laughable. Way too cheap and i bet the quality shows it. Plus 2 people thats only 405 each BEFORE expenses. This is a terrible plan. Professional detailers have a MUCH different, but better approach

  6. $300 is a good price point to start but if you have the extra cash laying around and you want better quality equipment, id say $500+ is the sweet spot. I spent $570 getting everything i needed including the pressure washer, chemicals, rags and dry towels, attachments and a quick release kit for the hoses, buckets, brushes for interior and exterior, and wash mits.

  7. Realistically , if you want to do this as a side hustle , buy your products from Walmart or amazon. You’re Going to spend more money at the beginning for supplies and then you’re just replenishing products after , definitely don’t lie and try and market yourself as a professional detailer without all the gear and quality products lol . Cause usually people will expect you to shampoo seats, clay bar and do paint correction , be honest and Charge less and work less for decent quality work that the average person will be happy with. $50-$60 in and out Express detail . No more then 2 hours of work

  8. For a complete detailing job, I charge a minimum fee of $300. However, if you choose car maintenance, which is a smaller-scale version of a detail, it only takes around two hours. I believe it is not worth it to only perform maintenance washes. I recommend choosing complete full details, which should always cost no less than $300 for a sedan-sized vehicle. When it comes to moving your van, as you will be spending almost half a day in the field, it is only fair to be compensated accordingly.

  9. This is not a side hustle…. You'll need $1500 to start legitimately… Why $1500 though? Because; if you buy a cheap generator then you won't have that many watts to power anything for very long, you'll need a pressure washer, and a Water tank: at least 50 gallons if you're talking about doing 7 cars… Lots of distilled water , cleaning gadgets, good health, lots of stamina, and you also need to figure out a way to piss & "2" if you're somewhere where you can't do either… Oh yeah and probably knew rear air shocks to support all the water you're about to haul around… Oh yeah and hella microfibers….

  11. So if you spent 4 hours per car that 28 hours a week, how is that a side hustle if you also have a full time job? Two people 4 hours…like $32.50 an hour equals $16.25 per hour per person…..not really great to tell you the truth….
