I seen two military garage plane flying 4 days ago and one dropped a ballon thing and u could see the fire under neither making it go higher and higher until I couldn't see it anymore at tye north edge of peoria il to Chillicothe il so I'm sure they were technically over lacon and interstate 39 and u could see tue Ballon it was about 739 pm because I tried to get a picture of the Ballon with a flame under the Balloon thing and by the time I pulled over and got im phone out I couldn't see it anymore then two days later Chicago has tornadoes 😂😂😂😂 make me think was it mother nature or government made storm tha5 wiped u out
