  34. Thank you all so much this means a lot to me.. Wherever my journey takes me I know I have always known St. MICHEAL thank you for confirming.. each and every one of us has a beautiful soul.. some might need or want help to be steered in the right direction.. some don't ask for help when they're going through their a storm if it's mental illness because they don't wanna be a burden to the ones they love.. but I notice them trying to reach out for help if it's on tictok fb or Twitter or Instagram.. I know I don't get everyone with my uplifting messages which I'm deeply sorry.. yes I give people uplifting messages to let them know that there is someone out there in the universe who understands them… it makes me feel so good knowing that I made some strangers day or I stopped them from suicide… or it could be someone having a bad day or anything… I know I can't get everyone that's what hurts me the most.. but to the ones I get my messages to I'm happy.. I too know what it's like fighting a mental illness it sucks get judged all that and how it feels like no one understands.. well anyways I just wanted to say thank you… ps yes I will be writing my book ..

  35. After dealing with 2 narcissistic people in a row….

    First was a overt Narcissist. He was difficult, but easy to leave compared to the second….
    The COVERT NARCISSIST.

    they are the worst.

    They survive on lies, manipulation, gaslighting, deflecting, projecting, using their charming words to make one feel crazy.

    I saw it from the first few months.
    But I stayed because my empathetic soul kept me there until I really saw the TRUTH.

    ALMOST 4mos now I haven't seen them. Attempts from them for me to talk.
