  1. 1) The body only can process a certain amount of protein at a time, roughly 50 grams per 2 hours. Anything more, is a waste of protein.

    2) why Vegan? Love animals and life? If so, you should understand what happens to an ecosystem to mass produce these vegan foods. poor little animals not allowed near vegan crops; they get killed off with no purpose other than to keep the vegan food intact.
