TO SEE THE GAME TITLES, TURN ON YOUTUBE CAPTIONS
If you aren’t familiar with the indie gaming scene, there are dozens of titles released every week on various platforms. Unfortunately, most of those indie games do not receive much coverage – so many of them do not get the attention they deserve. In this video we look at a 100 of them that you may not have known about, and that are worth trying out!
Note that all these captures were taken from the PC – but most of them are available on other platforms (PS4/5, Xbox1, Switch, etc)
And for our patreon subscribers, here’s the usual Steam Key!

Wonderful collection of indies in this video Gary — kudos for picking good ones in many different genres. I've played about half of these (either purchased or through Game Pass) — and you've included several of my favorite indies of the past few years. My biggest "new finds" here in this video are some less-talked-about games — Boo Party, I Am Fish, & Shieldmaiden — wishlisted & will be playing soon.
Let's hope that quality, fun indies keep coming out like they have been the past few years (and that many come to Game Pass to get wider exposure). Sometimes I feel like the quality/inventiveness of the indie scene overall is slipping a bit since what must be the indie "golden age" 2017-2021. Are the economics of publishing an indie game changing, I wonder? Sure are a lot of indie devs getting bought up by bigger companies… and Game Pass has added significantly fewer in 2022 than they did in 2020-2021. Time will tell.
Thanks for the cool patreon Steamkey — it's PROJECT WARLOCK, an old-school/simple-graphics fps that oozes with style. Love games like this!
Great video but why do we have to turn on subtitles this time Gary?
where can i get these games ?
Hi! Add “yt:cc=on” to your tags to automatically turn the viewers' subtitles on. Cheers
I always love seeing indie games get attention.

This video is great, a nice and varied selection — I've played about half of the games featured (either purchased or on Game Pass), and those games I've played are all at least interesting, and some real winners. Let's hope that Game Pass keeps bringing some good indies to a wide audience in the future — it feels like they've added fewer indies worth playing to the service in 2022 than they did in 2020-2021. Maybe their Game Pass strategy is changing, we'll see. My best discoveries in this video were a few less-talked-about games like Boo Party, I Am Fish, and Shieldmaiden. Thanks for those!
