  1. Super Mario Sunshine is my fave in the series. Yeah, I said it. The music. The colourful graphics. The water-based gameplay mechanics. I just love it. The perfect game to put you in a fun, summery mood.

  2. Sonic Unleashed is one of all time favorite sonic titles. Aside from the bad camera I enjoyed the nighttime stages. I thought it was a nice break from speeding all over the place and dishing out combos. It was great. I wouldn't mind seeing that game again with improved camera angles and controls

  3. I don't know who at WhatCulture needs to hear this, but that background music you keep using is awful and really distracting! Please stop using it! In fact, you don't need music at all on these videos

  4. Resident Evil 5 is most definitely NOT a masterpiece, but I gotta say, when I played it for the first time, I kinda hated it, but over the years, the more I play and think about it, the more I realize that out of the modern trilogy (4 to 6) it's definitely the one with the more emotional and coherent story, so despite it's flaws, it's definitely a must play for long time resident evil fans, it's not only the culmination of the conflict between Chris and Wesker, but it also in my opinion has the most emotional boss fight of the franchise with Chris vs. Jill. But it's no masterpiece 😂

  5. what about the most meta ingame songs?
like "love deterrence" from metal gear solids peace walker
a 16 year old girl singing about her good times with your crew and her feelings towards you.
but also her emotional distress from being a triple spy who is currently in a nuclear armed mech fighting you to the death.

  6. A forgotten gem I believe is Primal on the PS2. Yes it had some dull moments and combat was iffy at the best of times, but the atmosphere, story, and interactions between the two main characters kept me hooked.

  7. Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines should've been on this list. Even with all it's flaws it still manages to be one of the best written and immersive rpg's you'll ever play. Not mention all the replayability it provides. Thought you saw everything on your first playthrough? Try it again as a Malkavian lol.
