The phrase is usually fair dinkum and meaning differs on how it is used, such as if someone is asking it means, is that right or is that true. While if someone is affirming some thing it becomes that's right or that's true and it is not often used.

imo as an australian, fair dinkum just means that you agree with a statement and is a way to say that you understand what the other person said

Oh I would love to play Puffpals! Hopefully it comes to the Switch! The customization looks amazing! Also Moonstone Island looks cool, I've played Rune Factory Frontier which has a combat system and was awesome to see it as well.
I'm excited for moonstone island since it seems to be a game pack with lots of features that will keep you playing for hours

I'm an Aussie, Dinkum is a word, but an old one. You'd use it like "I'm being fair dinkum." So your being honest. It's an outdated term now that people don't really use but classified as Aussie slang.

I saw the ads for Puff Pals and as soon as I saw it was a kickstarter i backed it straight away! I'm going to have to wait a while to play it as I want it on the switch but it looks so cute and fun I'm hoping it'll be worth the wait 😀

as to Goucho and the grasslands, it refers to south america where it is FLAT, like forever, and you can see nothing forever, so it would be true to the actual environment it portrays Just FYI

Australian here, we have the phrase "fair dinkum" which is used to emphasis something that is honest or genuine. "I'm being fair dinkum about this" or "These are fair dinkum prices". in this context i think it means an authentic, wholesome experience. like a farming sim
Dinkum you using the lawn mower and wheel barrel is so incredible it's these simple additions that really add immersion to a game. Also fighting the crocodile! lol
I remember when Harvest Moon was the only farming game and waiting for the next release was TORTURE! Animal Parade is still my favorite. I wish they would get back together and produce a PART II. Sadly, that won't happen. However, there are some good similar games but I doubt there will be anything better. I'm not talking about sales, I'm talking about the feeling the originals gave.
