The Assault role is best suited for flanking and entering buildings, make sure they have alot of spare TU so when an enemy enters their range, they have a high chance of killing them indoors or around corners

We have previously discussed Base specialization. I have developed 4 layouts that work for me and I have them in a PowperPoint presentation. It there a way for me to send it to you for review and use however you like?
Don't forget when you are working on Soldier loadouts you can change the default for each class. I say that because the current game defaults leave a lot to be desired. The biggest goofy thing I see is with the Riflemen. Put the Medkit on the vest and give all of them a pistol as a secondary weapon.
