I'm a night shift nurse, I work 3 night a week x 12hrs, and then the other 4 night I sleep at night, I'm a mom of 2…it's a little difficult go sleep at the same time, well somebody need to take care of those patient at night.
1- 1:30 No bright light in the evening
2- 2:59 Magnesium
3- 4:26 Change your language about sleep
4- 5:55 Avoid screens before sleep
5- 8:56 Meditation
6- 11:08 No coffee after 1 pm
7- 12:52 Restorative yoga
8- 14:13 Avoid drinking water or tea before sleeping
9- 16:19 Go to bed at the same time every day
10- 17:24 Relax, don’t stress yourself
