  1. Mimi you are my wellness "guru" on a whole. I m feeling a bit stressed these first month of the year. Like I cannot handle this slower pace. Therefore, my sleep sometimes struggles. Where do you listen to your audiobooks? Do you have a subscription?

  2. I'm a night shift nurse, I work 3 night a week x 12hrs, and then the other 4 night I sleep at night, I'm a mom of 2…it's a little difficult go sleep at the same time, well somebody need to take care of those patient at night.
