  1. South American suggestions:
Humberstone, Chile – former nitrate mining town.
Fordlandia, Brazil – Ford Motors company town failed project
Campanopolis, Argentina – Just plain bizarre! – A complete medeavil European village fantasy.

  2. I have visited Oradour-Sur-Glane. It is very moving experience. One of the exhibits at the visitor center is a home movie taken at a community picnic prior to the massacre. There is also a memorial that feature items found in a village including a baby stroller with bullet holes in it. 😢

  3. At first I was iffy about you, no one can replace Simon. But when I think about it, you aren't here to replace him. You're you. And I love it! You do a great job and bring your own flair. Glad you're official, I look forward to more videos from you! Thank you for being here!
    Stay perfect!

  4. Even after watching the show/documentary/tribute (whatever you wanna call it) I always thought Chernobyl (Pripyat) was in Russia. Despite them pretty much always referring to it as the Soviet Union, I never knew that it went outside Russia, certainly not Ukraine being apart of it. Also, something else I don't get (even after looking at Google Maps) is where are the other 3 reactors? I thought they'd all be in a line or something in the same complex but everything around the arc doesn't look the same. I don't know why there's a pilon there, if it does do anything but I'm sure I've seen pictures or footage in the past of 4 pilons in a row (presumably next to/for each reactor core.
