10 People Framed by Law Enforcement

Over 1,000 people per year are shot by police. There’s also evidence police have seized nearly $70 billion since the year 2000 from ordinary citizens through the process of civil asset forfeiture whether the people are criminals or not. If that weren’t enough, there’s also evidence that the police will on occasion, fabricate or plant evidence in order to frame innocent people for crimes or to cover their own mistakes.

  1. Police are scum. There is nothing in this world that will ever convince me otherwise. Not even my uncle, who was a policeman in the UK for decades, believes that the police are ever telling the truth.

  2. END QUALIFIED IMMUNITY and start charging individual officers or police departments when they screw up and things MIGHT start to change. But don't hold your breath. If you want to see how bad alot of police are in America, just search police audits on yt or look up Audit the Audit on yt . Or don't and pretend everything is alright !!!!

  3. As a victim of police corruption, only afterwards did I start digging and realise how horrifically common corruption and abuse of power is. The saddest thing is, unless you're wealthy to hire an extremely expensive solicitor you're basically powerless. The key thing now is we need to stop teaching people to blindly trust the police until we start seeing mass sackings, only then will it be a sign of change. Take the Sarah Everard case for example, the Metropolitan swear it's a one-off will never repeat yet they had years to stop it and his colleagues for years only encouraged his behaviour. That's a mindset/culture, not a one-off

  4. "How we to know that hiding evidence from his case was illegal?" Are they stupid? I am pretty sure that is covered in the handbook. Hiding any evidence is very ILLEGAL. Even if you are a cop. WOW Who hires these idiots. No wonder I hate cops. 90% of them are corrupt.

  5. Very simple way to stop this. introduce a bill on a federal level that States if a public official, police army prosecutor whatever, Knowingly falsifies or withholds evidence In a case, then that official will be subject to a first degree felony and not less than triple the Maximum sentence for the crime for which they framed said person

  6. Cops or any law enforcement that knowingly and submit false evidence to framed an innocent person to go to prison! Their punishment should be to serve the same amount of time in prison as the people they framed

  7. Q: In the west midlands serious crime squad, what is the difference between a fit up and a sting operation ?
    A: They film a sting operation !

Whilst they not all illegitimate then list does seem to be growing into the majority..
Time to perhaps readjust police funding through civilised world

  8. How is betraying their duty so blatantly not subject to more severe punishment? They are discrediting the whole justice system and putting their colleagues at risk. They need to face the full force of the law.
