  6. OHH MY GOD INSCRYPTION IS ON SWITCH????!! IVE BEEN DYING TO PLAY THIS!!!! I watched the first hour of gameplay of Alanah Pearce’s video and was INSTANTLY hooked and wanting to play myself. But it was PC only at least that’s all I could find at the time anyway

  14. I finished persona 3 portable a few days ago. by the end I wanted to be done! Now when I am done, I keep thinking about playing that game… but it must wait because I have 7 other games on my backlog that needs finishing.

  17. Rogue Legacy 2 is my GOTY for 2022. I had been playing it since the Early Access version launched in 2020. It came together quite well. All the different classes are fun to try and the gameplay is smooth as butter. It can be a bit grindy at times but there are few games that sink their talons into me in the same way. One more run, one more run! A worthy sequel indeed.

    Also, shout out to Lil' Gator Game. Just a nice, pleasant, escapist experience. I grabbed that on Steam at launch and it immediately brought me back to the days of being an imaginative kid.

  21. Can someone please enlighten me to what makes Prime 1 better than prime 2? I'm someone who 100% both games every time I play through them prime 1 feels way too easy and fast and not enough bosses at least 2 echoes has you exploring more thanks to light / dark portals and gives you more to collect to keep you more busy AND way more bosses not to mention harder too and much more clever to kill bosses like Quadraxis, theres even more pickups and pickups upgrades which has you backtracking to get pickups you couldn't get before (you know that whole thing that makes it Metroid) more so BECAUSE there's more pickups not to mention some of them in far more clever ways than in prime 1 which didn't have you use the boost ball on tracks at all, ontop of all that Aether has so much more wow factor than prime Tallon IV, prime 1 is still excellent, I still love the game…but I just will never understand why people love Metroid Prime 1 more than 2 Echoes I'm sorry theres just too much that makes 2 echoes a much better game

  32. Prime is still a remaster with remake qualities. Nothing about this game was a do-over. It is a model swap, mostly uses the same code, texture swap/HD while using the original world, animations, and collision that was built on its original release. Remakes take the idea of the game and evolve the world that changes the game from ground zero.

    Just saying ya should know the difference.

  33. I gotta be honest: I was SO GLAD to see the Power Pros game show up on Switch.

    Back in the Wii era, I was a Lotcheck Tester at Nintendo of America when MLB Power Pros came through, and it was an INSTANT addiction. So many of us testers absolutely loved the game, even when we were technically just checking it out for guideline compliance.

    It was one of the very few games I bought back in the world even after testing it for my job, and I'm SO HAPPY to see a version of it show up on Switch even if it's not MLB licensed.

    I've already re-bought it and played the $#!+ out of it. It's so much fun.
