Personally, I would throw in the Sabrerunner-class USS Passaro from Lower Decks’ Season 4 finale “Old Friends, New Planets”. A hybrid of the Saber and Steamrunner designs that Mariner managed to pilot in order to derail Nick Locarno’s plans.

I find it difficult to believe there is a Starfleet vessel Sean hates. I think it’s the FAVORITE, stuck down on the list for potential verisimilitude.
I luv the Intrepid class (Voyager) she´s just a beautiful ship. I also luv the design of the Maquis-Raider, feels like a fast, shark stlye attacking fighter / ship. Both have a unique, strong and great shape. But together… it´s like mixing a beef burger with a fish burger, or wearing a brown belt to a black suit.. it´s just wrong. 6:23

I wish the Niagara class got more attention… practically the only time it was ever mentioned outside of being included in the Wolf 359 graveyard was it being added to the list of future ships to be added to Star Trek Online along with the Freedom class (the actual Freedom class, as seen in Wolf 359).
That was over a decade ago, they're still listed and still ignored.
One ship is missing from that list… the USS Pasteur 😉 a complete sphere instead of a saucor. would be interesting to know how that concept came about. Looks like a Borg sphere with nacelles.
I just saw incredible leaked footage from Mr. **** of 10 worlds i can´t visit. But soon after those files mysteriously disappeard [The X-Files Theme] It seems that section 31 works quite fast : )

old TV was really kind to background kitbashes. tbh I never spotted the Yeager in DS9
but I had a 2in1 Voyager and Marquis Raider model kit, and was disgusted when I saw the kitbash photo as alternate assembly
ffs they just glued the complete raider under the upper decks not even smoothing out the transition. it's like the caretaker didn't give a frack and Tuvixed both ships into the delta quadrant and then let Neelix paint it.
there were Vortas unable to command their ships because they were so disgusted by the looks of the Yeager, and Vortas can't see frack!

I love these episodes about different classes of ships, but I really wish that you would just hold a picture on the screen for longer of the ship to get a good look at it. The editing is too jump cut quick.
I love the Centaur Class. It's a perfect design for a Miranda-style Excelsior variant.

You know, guys, I almost always skip past in-video ads with the scroll bar, since most of them are pretty mediocre in how they set them up and read them. They're more ad reads than actual commercials. But you do a wonderful job of creatively inserting the ads you write into a fun and entertaining Trek situation of one type or another. I always let Sean's creative ads play through, if only because they're clever, and it's fun to watch Sean doing voices and playing caricatures. Keep up the great work, your sponsors ought to pay you double!
The Nebula class – just call that a sensor platform, as it comes in various shapes.
I swear the one with the round saucer sensor platform must have been kit-bashed from an US Air Force AWACS plane. Looks like the exact same radar dome that that aircraft has.

I love the Yeager class. It's so ugly. And, in universe, it suggests to me that Starfleet was so desperate for ships at the time, they just welded together any available ship parts they had.
I know this’ll probably bother people but when I buy model kits i buy 2 I get one to make a replica and then the second one I’ll paint in a different scheme and make my own ship 😅😅 it made me sad to learn eaglemoss no longer makes their models
Some of them may be ugly as hell, But I love them all. And wish they got more love in the Star Trek Games and Mods using Star Trek stuff.

I like Dday landing ship! I imagine that big nose opens up completely to scoop up cargo if teleporter was unsafe for cargo. And it could serve as fleet support /repair ship! 😅

I don't know what it is about the New Orleans class, but I just love it.
It's a great way to make new ships.
One change I would make to the New Orleans class, have the captain's yacht area not attached to the engineering section.
Basically like the Nebula class, but the New Orleans pylons and highlighters.
The half-saucer Intrepid type is such a good looking ship, and fits so well with the Enterprise era aesthetic.
Why create a new ship class on a tight timeline, when you could reuse existing models?
