First, and very cool stuff.
Love you bro you have helped me so much through my journey on guitar and you could you maybe make a video on how to make sick riffs like swords of sadness that riff rips broš¤
New intro? Nice
First
I bet it's gonna be a great video like all your others
I'm a big fan of your content
Keep it up
number 8 and 9 i didnt know, a personally i couldnt believe it either, i had to go back and listen to the song again
Iām really glad you noticed the walk up part. Itās always been my favorite part of the song. I always knew it was there. You see James play it on the āYear and a Half in the Life of Metallicaā during the recording half of the movie. As an extreme Metallica nerd, I knew about all of these. And basically every single tiny detail in every song. I used to record cover versions of their songs with a four track and only have guitars since I was just recording in my bedroom. I was meticulous with everything.
These are new to me, I never noticed those small details. I like the song breakdown type vids, they're really helpful. š
Cheers Mike.
Love the new Take Lessons With Me slide at the very beginning and end there. Congrats on 823k Subscribers! Love these details! That's one thing out of many that I love about music is that every time I listen I might notice something new or take more notice of something I'd already heard. This will always be one of my favourite Metallica songs.
I honestly surprised these werenāt heard. Itās interesting how everyone hears things differently.
Great video š¤ you expose Metallica od their little secrets š keep on going
How many dudes did you score playing in a band?
Love when you discover more stuff. How did you come to find ten new details in one shot after so long?! I knew some of those details from Yousicianās Metallica course, which was very well done in collaboration with the band, but Iām at level 8 to 9-ish and never saw the highest levels. Maybe more of what you showed us that I never saw is revealed in those highest levels. Maybe thereās even more. I know youāre very skeptical of Yousician and other such apps (the Gibson app is even better btw), but did you not look at the Metallica lessons when the course was released last year? Maybe you can revisit just to find some more of those missing details for the songs they have posted.š¤š»šø
Interesting. It is such a strange song.
Pickups?
In the Enter Sandman demo, they do the reverse build up and then go into the clean guitar section to end the song. (If i remember correctly)
I never noticed n. 9 š¤
It's mental to me that I play this song using some of these details but you didn't.
This is shocking to me as I never really rate myself as good at guitar (or most things) but I'm trying to come round to what others tell me in regards to being decent
My dad regrets introducing me to Nothing Else Matters when I was in 9th grade, he should be rather proud for introducing me to Metallica and making me (now, at the time of this comment posetd) a Rockstar at my high school. Mike, would you do 10 hidden details of Nothing Else Matters in honor for me please?
