  1. 30-40 minutes? Felt like you were in that water for over an HOUR, missy. lol (and to think, we kept trying to tell you to restart at the checkpoint, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO)

  2. The gearing up on #2 reminded me of my time playing GTA San Andreas. I so enjoyed taking over all the gang territories only to lose them later on in the game cause of the story progression. Sure I got to take them all over again closer to the end of the game but damn did I spend lots of time the first go around.

  3. Cyberpunk 2077 also has the prep only to lose issue with the encounter with dexter deshawn and over prepping the hiest to try and prevent Jackie from getting shot in the first place. Also Note one of the Panam mission is an auto-fail if you don't head straight to it but wait 24 in game hours, yes you will fail this mission if you continue with completing the side quests and I believe some side quests disappear if not completed durinn their respective chapter.

  4. I literally made the 2nd half of Death Stranding easy as hell for anyone woth online on in the game I made so many Mag Lifts that connect you across the country and stops at all the necessary delivery areas cause I didn't want anyone being frustrated that it took so many resources to get across the mountain

  5. #2 resonated with me playing Resident Evil. In almost every RE game, they have a scenario that is impossible to win, but you (i) don't realize it until you've been killing waves of enemies and wasted 90% of your already limited ammo.

  6. From what I've seen, the slow-mo cam in Skyrim will trigger if the cursor is over the enemy when the shot is fired and the amount of health left is less than the damage that will be done. Not to mention the concept of ballistics this is especially annoying as the kill-cam seems to add an effect that causes the arrow to drift around slightly and potentially hit scenery, thus you may have killed the enemy if the kill-cam was not in effect.

  7. Supposedly Jackie dying in CP2077 was actually included in one of the trailers. Though what makes it worse is having to listen to "that guy from the Matrix" talking your ear off for the rest of the game.

  8. In Kingdom Come: Deliverance there are a few time sensitive quests, but the one that stings the most is the storyline quest "On the scent". Once you completed the previous mission, mercenaries will be dispatched to kill your target NPC. Depending on how quick you are, you can either kill the mercenaries in their camp, find the NPC before they do, or find his bleeding out, almost cold body able to tell you minimal information. A real headacke to realise this after weeks worth of ingame time spend wandering around

  9. I wanted to do a 100% on mass effect 2 and did everything right but then went and did 1 tiny search and rescue on a planet after the collectors took the crew and it cost Kelly gettin turned into human paste.

  10. For that last one, I know of at least one game that rewards you for shortcuts: Saint's Row The Third. Drive down an alley and cut down part of your drive time? GPS Shortcut and the game will remember you can do that.

  11. This might just be a personal one but on my first playthrough of The Last of Us Part II, I refused to upgrade Abby’s weapons or skills in her half of the game to try to make the big built up confrontation between Ellie and Abby less stressful. Little did I know that this idea would backfire much worse than if I just upgraded.

  12. One of my mass effect 2 playthroughs at which point I didn't know it was on a timer I had like a few missions left to do after that I went to do the suicide and met with that scene with them dying I was in shock I did that on accident

  13. I fucking HATE Skyrim's slowmo system. I've lost track of how many times I've missed a shot because I was aiming at where they were moving rather than directly at an enemy and paralysis locks them in place as I see the arrow pass harmlessly in front of them…usually with a really strong poison on it.
It's also really obnoxious in how often it triggers, to the point I STOPPED getting that perk or legendary resetting the whole tree if I picked it up by accident because it wasn't worth the hassle…and I was good enough to regularly hit stuff at the absolute edge of the bow's range (accounting for arc and travel time) with consistency…which ISN'T possible if your target suddenly just stops 5 feet from where they were supposed to meet your arrow.

  14. That last one has happened so many times in Assassin's Creed for me. Wanting to get a collectable, pinging it on the map, and ignoring the GPS and losing like a half hour thing to find a way up a(n unclimbable) wall.

  15. Psychic Guards… Yup. Most notable was one of the Master skill trainers that had you pickpocket a certain coin from their pocket. You can try unlimited times, but if you fail the first attempt, a guard will eventually barge in and place you under arrest for the crime… Even though you had permission to steal it in the first place FROM THE OWNER.

  16. Just to point out Mass Effect 2 is not an open world game. Its a action rpg theme-park style. Also nearly every trailer for Cyberpunk showed Jackie dieing so its not really a spoiler.
