They said they gonns rebalance them for wz. That could mean that they make them 1 shot and add other changes as well. For example they could include 1 shot ranges like in wz1 or they could increase the bullet drop or lower the bullet velocity. They also could include a special Munition which you have to run to make the gun 1 shot but by doing so the other stats of the gun get weakened… Also movement is going to make some kind of return with the next update

Well we now have One-Shot snipers with explosive ammo on bolt-action snipers. They have combated bullet velocity issued by making you use the explosive ammo which has less than 700 meters per second bullet velocity and it still has to be a perfect headshot. I'd say that's a pretty balanced trade-off
