I gave them a B- because they didn't push the issue when they were proven wrong. They could have done a lot worse.
Had he come about 30 miles up the mtn a few years back; he probably wouldn't be walking away with the video or his life. Watch old episodes Southern Justice and look for news about deputies on that show to tell ya all you need to know. Definitely have some great people as officers in these parts, but doesn't mean there hasn't been or won't be bad ones.
On one of your podcast you showed an army vet getting peppered sprayed quiet a bit i just seen his settlement and i think it's not enough i don't want to spoil the rest hope you can look into it thanks 👍
Cops are miners digging a hole they can't get out of. Body cams get cops in trouble. One Two Three big dummies. Four five six big dummies. Another public v private problem. Bruised egos.
More cops that don’t know the law. Just making stuff up as they go. The problem is education. Our police need mandatory classes on the constitution.
Police has to respect your rights but you must know law and film all is a must.

The cops might have been ok in this video because the guy has a camera and know our rights, but just some person on the street that doesn’t have a camera and not as up on there rights as they should be, would be a whole different story and outcome.

I just wish people would realize that as a U.S.Citizen, you do NOT have rights. FACT: you are born an American State National, you become a U.S.Citizen when you are registered for a birth certificate and a Social Security number. At that point in time you sign away ALL of your rights in exchange for “privileges”. There are several different types of status that are recognized by the for profit corporation The United States. A U.S.Citizen is the only status that they have any authority over. As an American State National you are a truly FREE American. As an American State National you don’t need a permit to carry a gun, or a license to travel in your automobile. Watch a seminar by David Lester Straight for much more information.

I think they all did great. Yeah the one young officer started to push it , but quickly backed down ( I think because he realized none of the other officer's were going to back him up on his line of questioning )

Cops are so predictable so don’t trust their version of events or the law particularly when they trying to verify your identity under the guise of consensual conversation however they do have an agenda and it’s not in your best interests so stay focused and don’t be afraid to voice your concerns and opinions
Still a fail for me. Their main intent was to pin something/anything they could on him. If he had not have known the law they would have moved him on at very least. Bad policing, always looking for some way to charge people, no matter what the circumstances.

I got pulled over in SC for riding my motorcycle with a long gun strapped to my back. It was unloaded, and the magazines were in a locked saddlebag.
Open carry of a long gun is legal in SC, however the cop tried to tell me that I was breaking the law because my firearm wasn't in "a glove box or closed compartment". 🤣
I sat on the side of the road for 45 minutes while the police figured out that I wasn't breaking any law.
Since then, I've put a GoPro on my handlebar….

We have an event here in my town in ohio every year allegory the super nationals where people from all around the world come and bring there modified vehicles and cruise the streets and it gets wild with bikers and just people drinking getting lit and ohio is open carry and is now a constitutional carry and so I had my gun holsters wide open and about 10 cops swarmed me and telling me I'm gonna go t jail if I didn't identify myself and that my gum will be confiscated and just on n on and there was about 30 people that came over stood in front of the cops one guy was an absolute beast of the earth I've never seen a man in my entire 38 years as big as that guy and he told me to walk away don't give the police nothing so I did lol

Now I have seen many people writing "if it was a black guy you know it would have ended up with him being shot, beat up and arrested".
This is a VERY RESPECTFUL "BLACKMAN" and not one of those things happened. Ain't that something. So maybe it's not so much of the person's Race, but the person's attitude
